The Blueberries

Lily had her very first soccer practice
this evening. Here she is all ready to go!!Kirsten, who goes to Ridgecrest too, was
on Lily's team & they decided to be
partners to practice passing.
Doesn't she look like a pro already??
At the beginning and end of practice, the
team congregated with Coach Sam to get to know
each other better. Coach Sam told them that their
uniforms will be royal blue and asked them
what their team name should be.
Of course, they chose the Blueberries,
very intimidating, huh??

Super Cool Bike!!!

I don't know about any of y'all, but I had never
seen a bike like this before today. Preston got it
from his parent's house. Isn't that the coolest thing
ever?? It took awhile to convince Lily to get on it,
but eventually she did and loved it!!
After riding for a little while, Lily decided to jump
off of the moving bike and scraped up her knee,
but we were so proud of her because she got back on! You can tell Daddy had fun too! I'm so glad
they have another fun thing to do together!I don't know if you can see the huge bandage over
her bobo, but these pictures are actually after she
busted it!

I made a dress!!!

Well, I finally made Lily a dress!
It actually turned out pretty good.
It did not take too long when I actually
had time to work on it. The problem
was that it took me like 6 months to
find the time!I also made her hairbows and put heart
buttons in the middle of them to match!

Dancing Queen

One evening I was reading a book while
Lily was playing her new computer game.
Next thing I know, I look up and Lily is
standing next to the computer with her
headphones on dancing to the music on the
computer game, which of course I could
not hear. It was hilarious. I apologize that
the video is not great quality, but I jazzed it
up with some psychodelic color effects.

Playing!

Lily loves to dress up and play with all of her toys.
You just never know from day to day what she might
decide to wear. Here she sports a leotard, large tutu
and yes, she completes the look with a giant flower on her head!Lily got her "friends" set up to play and read them
all a book. She is very sweet to her babies.
As time went by more and more "friends" joined in
the fun and the play set got bigger and bigger!
I love this one!
Very sassy!
This particular day, she decided that
her bathing suit cover up, sailor hat &
birthday cake glasses would make a
fabulous ensemble!
I came home from work one evening and
Preston & Lily had come up with this
magnificent soccer get-up. Sporty, huh?
